Bookkeeper/Administrator required for the Navan area
Our client, based in Navan, a company with over 30 years’ experience in the plastics industry now wishes to appoint an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper on a permanent basis.
Duties:
- Handling all customer phone calls/queries
- Data entry for purchases, sales and bank
- Daily Invoicing/Issuing monthly statements
- Reconciliation of bank, debtors and creditors
- Preparation of online payments
- Weekly payroll
- Completion of PAYE and VAT Revenue returns
- Other duties as may be required by the owner
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Thrive in customer service
- Proficiency in Word/Excel
