Legal Secretary/Conveyancing required for North Meath
DUTIES
· Meeting and greeting clients and answering telephone calls/Switch.
· Responsible for diary management, making and rescheduling appointments.
· Dealing with incoming emails, relaying messages to the appropriate recipient.
· Managing post in & out of the office.
· Managing and updating customer databases (Case Management System), logs and registers.
· Liaising with solicitors, clients and external stakeholders.
· Typing conveyancing/legal documents as instructed/requested.
· Completing correspondence through dictation and assisting with any aspects of clients files.
· Ordering stationery when necessary, filing and general office duties as required.
· Ad hoc duties as requested.
Candidate:
Experience within legal firm essential
Team player
Strong dictation and typing skills and computer knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills
