- Accountable for Weekly Accounts Reports
- Responsible for Monthly Accounts Reports
- Accountable for Wage and Salary Reports
- Responsible for Invoice and Payments Reports
- Liaising with Company Auditors for Financial Year
Ideal candidate:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role – essential
- Excellent numerical skills and computer literacy

Legal Secretary x2 required in Meath
DUTIES
- Meeting and greeting clients and answering telephone calls/Switch.
- Responsible for diary management, making and rescheduling appointments.
- Dealing with incoming emails, relaying messages to the appropriate recipient.
- Completing correspondence through dictation and assisting with any aspects of clients files.
- Creating New Files and Closing Files.
- Managing post in & out of the office.
- Managing and updating customer databases, logs and registers.
- Liaising with solicitors, clients and external stakeholders.
- Typing conveyancing/legal documents as instructed/requested.
- Ad hoc duties as requested.
Candidate:
Experience within legal firm essential
Team player
Strong dictation and typing skills and computer knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills

Milk Recording Office Administrator required in South Meath

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Processing milk recording data for our farmer customers
- Ensuring maximum accuracy of data
- Providing customer service support
- Ensuring rapid turnaround of farmer reports
- Promotion of milk recording
- Herd Health – Disease testing through Milk samples
- Pregnancy Testing – through Milk samples
Applicants for this position must:

- A good problem solver
- Comfortable with Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint
