Receptionist/Recruitment Admin
Duties:
- Managing all aspects of Reception area
- Answering phones in timely and professional manner for both Accountants & Recruitment business
- Ensuring messages are logged and relayed to relevant staff member.
- Making appointments
- Processing CV’s onto the in-house database
- Making appointments for candidates who wish to register or re-register.
- Conducting Reference checks on all candidates interviewed by consultants.
- Prep’ing CV’s for consultants – Word
- Follow-up with candidates to ensure database is updated and accurate
- Archive non active candidates in line with GDPR
- Sending texts/email & facebook updates to all candidates regarding new jobs.
- Texting appointment times to those attending interviews daily.
- Stock control on stationary – weekly
- Weekly Invoice processing – using Excel & Word
- Bank lodgements
- Daily Post
- Ad hoc duties as requested
Ideal candidate:
- 1 year + office experience (training provided)
- Office/Business studies Cert or Diploma
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel
- Professional attitude who has a good business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills who is well organised and methodical.
Hours: 37.5 per week. Mon- Fri
Statutory holidays.
