Internal Sales Engineer – Meath

Primary duties include:

  • Product and applications support to customers, sales offices and distributors world-wide
  • Communicating customer's present and future technical requirements to the product management team
  • Generate customer quotations and documentation.
  • Liaise with Production to endure on-time delivery.
  • Lead qualification and follow-up.
  • Maintaining the CRM database
  • Together with our Marketing team planning, defining and executing marketing communication strategies for the oxygen product range
  • Review documentation and provide feedback based on customer experiences
  • Provide technical product and applications support for sales team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
  • Scientific or technical and sales/marketing qualifications: (Science or Engineering degree would be a distinct advantage).
  • Problem solving, “can do” attitude and prepared to learn new things
  • Ability to work independently and to make sound decisions
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to write and edit technical papers
  • Ability to methodically approach in the process of product support, including problem diagnosis, and the derivation and implementation of test programmes with basic understanding of test techniques
  • Empathy and tolerance towards different interpersonal styles and ability to travel nationally and internationally
  • MS Office packages including Excel, Word and Power Point. Experience with Auto Cad would be an advantage.

Our client are seeking a permanent Mortgage Administrator.

Responsibilities:

will have experience with the full Mortgage process and a minimum 1 year of
experience in similar role.  A customer centric attitude is essential.You will be responsible for the entire
Mortgage process from application to cheque issue. You will be expected to
comply with all internal and external regulatory processes whilst always
exceeding customer’s expectations. It will be imperative that you employ your
problem solving abilities and showcase your ability to work in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment whilst displaying a professional approach at all times.

As a Sales & Insurance Administrator you will work
within a team on the front line of sales and services, the role involves
contact with potential and existing customers, quoting advising on cover and
services.
